Please note: All shipping times are general estimates, not guarantees. Shipments are usually delivered on time, but shipping delays can rarely occur. Orders to addresses outside of the US are international orders. Please be aware that all international orders are subject to additional taxes and duties that will be assessed once the package reaches its destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to communicate with the carrier and pay all taxes and duties so the delivery can be completed.

An order with an incorrect address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for each order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, please text (323) 201-7519 and/or email to see if it can be corrected. However, if the package has already shipped it cannot be changed, and if the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.

An order returned to sender: In the event that an address is entered incorrectly and delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to sender. Once received back, an order reship can be processed and the customer will be responsible for reship shipping costs.

An order not arriving: Tracking links are sent in all shipping confirmation notifications, and we encourage customers to track their packages. Rebelflow is not responsible for fault of delivery by our shipping carriers. Please let us know, however, we are not able to refund or replace in these circumstances. Unfortunately, all of those who attempt to commit fraud with this claim ruin it for those whose packages are actually missing. Although missing packages are extremely rare, we do understand that it can happen—if your package truly did not arrive, please check your shipping confirmation notification for the tracking link which will lead to the website of the shipping carrier used for your order. With USPS specifically, it is best to wait a few business days as they sometimes mark packages as delivered shortly before they actually are. If your package still has not arrived a few business days after it has been marked as delivered, please contact the shipping carrier for further information and to lodge a missing package claim to get the issue resolved.

About Shop Promise

The Shop Promise badge signifies a product that has been verified by Shopify for reliable delivery in 5 calendar days or less. It displays alongside delivery dates predicted by Shopify on product pages, checkout, and in the Shop app.

The Shop Promise guarantee is currently only available for eligible orders with the Shop Promise badge. For eligible orders, if the first delivery attempt was later than the Shop Promise provided date, then you could be eligible to receive the shipping costs associated with that purchase in Shop Cash. Shop Cash use and expiration terms apply.



For international orders, the full cost of shipping must be paid by the customer. The exact shipping cost will calculate after you have entered your address. At the moment, international packages are shipped through either USPS (with the exception of Australia and New Zealand) or DHL, to ensure you get your order safely and quickly! 

We are aware that international shipping prices can be costly, but unfortunately the rates that calculate at checkout are the best offered to small businesses at the moment.

Please note that all payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid for the delivery to be completed. Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any taxes or duties that may apply.

Should there be any hiccups with delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to clear up any address errors and/or specify any delivery details with the shipping carrier in a timely manner so delivery can be completed. If customer is unresponsive or refuses to pay required import taxes or duties, delivery cannot be completed and we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.

The same information about an order with an incorrect addresses, an order returned to sender, or an order not arriving above also applies to international orders.
