DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Due to the pandemic and the president's attack on the USPS, shipping delays are to be expected at the moment. 

All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA.

Please allow 1 additional business day before shipping time estimate for order to be processed and shipped.

First Class Mail - $3.99, 3 business day estimate

Priority Mail - $5.99, 2 business day estimate

Shipping rates and availability vary depending on the weight of the package and your location. Please note that certain options may not be available due to these factors. 

All domestic orders over $100 ship for free!

Please note in the case of...

An order with an incorrect address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address for each order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, please email info@rebelflow.com and/or text (323) 201-7519 to see if it can be corrected. However, if the package has already shipped it cannot be changed, and if the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.

An order returned to sender: In the event that an address is entered incorrectly and delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to sender. Once received back, an order reship can be processed and the customer will be responsible for reship shipping costs.

An order not arriving: Tracking links are sent in all shipping confirmation notifications, and we encourage customers to track their packages. Rebelflow is not responsible for fault of delivery by our shipping carriers. Please let us know, however, we are not able to refund or replace in these circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, the full cost of shipping must be paid by the customer. The exact shipping cost will calculate after you have entered your address. At the moment, we only use DHL for international shipping to ensure you get your order safely and quickly! 

Please note that payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.
